We experience life in our bodies, there is no place else!

Embodied Writing ™ uses meditation, mindfulness and sensory awareness practices to come more fully into our bodies and our deepest experience. Writing from such embodied present experience develops our connection with our essential selves and unleashes our truth and creativity.

This community of writers offers compassion, inspiration and deep connection. Writing in a group creates a safe environment for new discoveries to unfold.
